Requirements

Getting Started

  1. Connect to Treadmill

    • Launch the app
    • Navigate to the “Connection” tab
    • Wait for your treadmill to appear in the device list
    • Tap to connect (device name varies by manufacturer)
  2. Configure Auto-Laps (Optional)

    • Go to “Settings” tab
    • Enable “Auto-Lap”
    • Choose detection mode (Standard, Interval Training, Hill Training, or Speed Workout)
    • Laps will be created automatically based on speed/incline changes
  3. Start Workout

    • Go to the “Workout” tab
    • Start your workout on the treadmill
    • Tap “Start Recording” in the app
    • Real-time metrics will be displayed
    • Use landscape mode for better visibility
    • Mirror to external display via AirPlay if desired
  4. During Workout

    • View real-time metrics as you exercise
    • Create manual laps by tapping the lap button
    • Auto-laps will be created based on your settings
    • All data is saved continuously
  5. Finish Workout

    • Complete your workout
    • Tap “Stop Recording”
    • If auto-export is enabled, file will be emailed automatically
    • Review lap-by-lap breakdown
  6. Merge with GPS (Optional)

    • Go to “History” tab and select your workout
    • Tap “Merge with GPS Data”
    • Import GPX/FIT file or select from HealthKit
    • Review distance comparison
    • Export merged workout with GPS coordinates + treadmill elevation
  7. Manual Export (if needed)

    • Go to the “History” tab
    • Select your completed workout
    • Choose export format (GPX, FIT, or TCX)
    • Share via AirDrop, email, or save to Files app
